We currently do not have a brick and mortar store. We are an online boutique only at the moment. Although we do offer free local pickup in Fayetteville, NC (times are provided to you after we have confirmed your order.)

Restocking items is not always guaranteed. We do our best to restock our best sellers. But we recommend ordering your favorite items while they are still available.

Return and Exchanges

Thank you so much for your purchase. We hope you love your items as much as we loved picking them out. However, if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items back to us for store credit or an even exchange (subject to product availability). Please see below for more information on our return policies.


We know that ordering things online can be a gamble since you can’t touch the items or try them on beforehand, and because of that we try our best to be very return-friendly. However, as in life, there are certain rules that must be followed so that we can help you out!

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in their original unused and unworn condition, with all clothing tags and labels still intact. Shoes must also remain unworn and in their original packaging with all labels intact. We will not be able to accept items with makeup stains, deodorant stains, or any other stains/odors. We can send back ineligible returns for an $8 return fee. *Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We are now offering exchanges for the SAME item but in a different SIZE! If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please indicate that on the back of the return form. An exchange order for the new size will be processed and shipped out to you within 5-7 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address on the original order. Please note that the exchange is subject to product availability. If we do not have the item and size in stock when we receive your return, we will process the return as a gift card code.

We’ve worked really hard to try and make the returns process as simple as possible. We’ve spelled out the process below so that you’ll know just what to expect.

All we need you to do is fill out the return form included with your order and slip it into the package with your original receipt and the item you are returning. We’ll take it from there! Don’t forget that your original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Once we receive your item(s), our Blooming Babes will unpack and inspect them and put all of your information into the system as quickly as they can! Even though they’re the fastest return babes we’ve ever seen, please allow 5-7 business days for your gift card to be issued via email. The automated email will be sent to the email address used to place the order – we cannot change this! (We promise, we have tried!

Care and materials

In order to prolong the life of your handmade garments, we recommend only handwashing and air drying them. Do not machine wash, bleach, or tumble dry.

All of our handmade items are made in the directly in our headquarters which is located in North Carolina, USA.
