Refund policy
Thank you so much for your purchase. We hope you love your items as much as we loved picking them out. However, if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items back to us for store credit or an even exchange (subject to product availability). Please see below for more information on our return policies.
Returns
We know that ordering things online can be a gamble since you can’t touch the items or try them on beforehand, and because of that we try our best to be very return-friendly. However, as in life, there are certain rules that must be followed so that we can help you out!
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in their original unused and unworn condition, with all clothing tags and labels still intact. Shoes must also remain unworn and in their original packaging with all labels intact. We will not be able to accept items with makeup stains, deodorant stains, or any other stains/odors. We can send back ineligible returns for an $8 return fee. *Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges
We are now offering exchanges for the SAME item but in a different SIZE! If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, please indicate that on the back of the return form. An exchange order for the new size will be processed and shipped out to you within 5-7 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address on the original order. Please note that the exchange is subject to product availability. If we do not have the item and size in stock when we receive your return, we will process the return as a gift card code. Personalized items are not eligible for exchange.
Return Process and Refunds
We’ve worked really hard to try and make the returns process as simple as possible. We’ve spelled out the process below so that you’ll know just what to expect.
All we need you to do is fill out the return form included with your order and slip it into the package with your original receipt and the item you are returning. We’ll take it from there! Don’t forget that your original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Once we receive your item(s), our Blooming Babes will unpack and inspect them and put all of your information into the system as quickly as they can! Even though they’re the fastest return babes we’ve ever seen, please allow 5-7 business days for your gift card to be issued via email. The automated email will be sent to the email address used to place the order – we cannot change this! (We promise, we have tried!)
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! Our Blooming Babes are always trying to beat their own records, which means they pack and ship orders fast! Once they initially process your order in the warehouse (usually within 2-4 hours) we will be unable to make any changes to your order.
Adding Items To An Existing Order
Have you ever had that moment when you’ve just submitted your order and you see an item that you absolutely must have? We most certainly have. If you find yourself in this situation, contact us immediately! We may be able to add the item to your existing order, but only if our Blooming Babes have not already processed your order (usually within 2-4 hours). We unfortunately cannot add additional items to your order once it has been processed. If you miss that window, place a new order for that MUST HAVE item, and, if it is within 24 hours of your previous order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to ship it out with your first order or waive the shipping fee on this additional order. Just email us at info@shopbloomingconfidence.com and include both order numbers in your message.
